PETRICEVIC DRAGAN NAME : PETRICEVIC DRAGAN DATE OF BIRTH : 31. 01. 1969 PLACE OF BIRTH : SARAJEVO, BOSNIA and HERZEGOVINA 1988-1992 During these seasons I was the head coach of the junior selections at two teams from Sarajevo, at Bosna Basketball Club, which was the champion of European Clubs Competition, and Zeljeznicar Basketball Club. In the present period there are some players, prepared by me, which are playing successfully at much known clubs. Among them I can enumerate: Petrovic Veselin, Zecevic Aleksandar, Elmedin Konakovic, Admir Bukva, Vukcevic Dusan, and others. In the season 1991-1992 I was assistant coach at the Zeljeznicar Club (senior team) and Lukajic Zeljko, the very known coach, was the head coach. 1992-1993 The assistant coach of Borac Borovica Basketball Club, senior team, 1-st Division of the Yugoslavian Championship. 1993-1995 The head coach of Hemofarm Vrsac, Women Senior Team in the 1-st Division of Yugoslavian Championship. In 1994 I was chosen by the Yugoslavian Basketball Federation to watch the training period of the National team and the Acropolis Cup in Athens, Greece. I had this opportunity due to the recommendations of my Club and of my age (I was 24 years old). 1995-1996 The head coach of the “Univeritatea-S.M” Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Men Senior Team, 1-st Division of the Romanian Championship. THE WINNER OF THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. 1996-1997 I continued to coach the same team. We have participated in the Saporta EUROCup. THE FINALIST OF THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. 1997-1999 The head coach of the “Poli-Moldrom” Iasi, Romania, Men Senior Team. THIRD POSITION in the 1-st Division of the Romanian Championship. A good result, I may add, taking into consideration that the team, before I had come, was on the tenth position. I like to mention that the team had only very young players. 1999-2000 The head coach of the “West Petrom” Arad, Romania, Men Senior Team, 1-st Division of the Romanian Championship. THE FINALIST OF THE ROMANIAN CHAMPIONSHIP. 2000-2001 The head coach of the same team, same level of competition. We have participated in the Korac Cup and in the preliminary round we won against Pao Panathinaikos, Cyprus two games and in the second round we lost against Macabi Ramat Gan, Israel. The winner of this competition, Unicaja Málaga (Spain) has eliminate Macabi Ramat Gan in the quarterfinals. THE WINNER OF THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. 2001-2002 The head coach of the same team, same level of competition. We participate in the Fiba SEBL Cup. THE WINNER OF THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. 2002-2003 The head coach of the Senior Women Basketball Club “Livas” Targoviste, Romanian 1-st Division. We have participated in the Fiba Cup-South division. THE WINNER OF THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. 2003-2004 The head coach of the Senior Men Basketball Club “Asesoft” Ploiesti, Romanian 1-st Division. We have participated in the Fiba Eurocup. THE WINNER OF THE NATIONAL CUP. THE WINNER OF THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. 2004-2005 The head coach of new entry in First Division, “Farul” Constantza. We have obtained the 3-rd place in National Championship, and the right to play in EuroCup. This result is great because the team is back in the First Division after 10 years of absence. 2005 Bahrein but can leave at any time.
