Stevie Ray: Soul To Soul by Keri Leigh, 1993.
ISBN 0-87833-838-1

This book claims to tell the story the way Stevie Ray wanted it told. In the preface the author states that she was a friend and business associate of SRV's for years and that she was chosen to write a biography in May 1990. She conducted interviews and discussed SRV's vision of a biography via telephone during the last three months of his life. After SRV's tragic death, Keri states that she could not bring herself to look at her research for six months and it wasn't until after a lot of prodding by friends, acquaintances, and even total strangers that she began working on the project again in earnest.

This book also contains a bibliography, a collector's guide to SRV's music and videos, and an index.
