Directions from DFW:
Take 114 East to downtown Dallas. Along this route 114 East changes to 183 and
then finally into I-35E.
Once in the downtown area, keep following the signs for I-35E South to Waco.
Exit at Laureland Road.
After exiting, turn left and cross over the interstate, you will see the
white funeral home building directly in front on the right hand side of the
road.
The easiest way to find the Vaughan estate is to continue down Laureland road
past the funeral home. There is another entrance to Laureland that is a short
distance on the right. After turning right through the gates into Laureland,
there is a white monument straight ahead with what appears to be an angel on it.
Turn left at this monument and proceed until you see what is best described as
an island in the middle of the road ringed in large rocks with two trees on
either end. The road circles this island and there is a small sign that says
Vaughan Estate on one end.
