Moseley's is a family business established in 1976 by Don Moseley and his son Jack. Building its reputation on fine meat, good service and a pleasant environment it soon became one of the most successful butchers in the area.

Jack continues to run the shop with the help of his team of highly skilled butchers, Dean, Richard and Bill. Moseley's still offers the same high level of customer service it always has but now focuses more on Organic meat and offers free home delivery in the local area.

All the beef and Lamb sold through the farm shop has been raised at Simpson Lodge Farm, Woughton Park, Milton Keynes. The farm uses a traditional natural grassland system to rear all livestock, who feed on the banks of the river Ouzel. The system is totally Organic without the use of sprays and artificial fertilizers.

The product range includes a large selection of Game and 20 varieties of sausages, made on the premises, including the increasingly popular Venison. Recently the shop has started to sell a hand made, gourmet selection of ready meals that can be cooked from frozen.
