FEATURES

Our residence is located at the edge of the forest and it is 1 kilometer to the sea (12 minutes walking distance). Besides the penthouse where we live, our residence contains two aparts and a bungalow.

  

Our garden is 1400 square meters with a lot of citrus trees and other kinds of trees (pomegranate, banana, fig, olive, grape, etc.). There is a little pool in the garden where our ducks swim, we think children would like them.

APARTS :

  • Aparts are 1 meter above the ground and on the first flat of a 135 square meter 2-flat building. One of the aparts is 60 square meters and the other one is 50 square meters. Each apart is 65 square meters with a separate balcony led by the bedroom. Aparts consists of living room/kitchen, corridor, bathroom, bedroom and balcony. Our aparts has ceramic-floor, walls are thick and high.

    Bed capacity:

    In the living room/kitchen there is one single sofa bed, in the bedroom there is a double-bed and a bed. That makes 4 persons for one Apart. 8 persons can stay in both Aparts.

         

    THE BUNGALOW

    The bungalow is a one flat little house on one corner of the garden. It is 25 square meters. 4 square meters of it is for the shower, and WC. The rest is kitchen and bedroom. The roof is well isolated and the ceiling is pine-panelled.

      

    Bed capacity:

    There is one double bed, and a single sofa bed. 3 persons can stay.

    Common features of the Aparts and the Bungalow:

    • Cold and hot water is available.
    • Kitchen sink is marble.
    • There is a deep-freeze refrigerator in the kitchen.
    • There is a (LPG) gas cooker in the kitchen.
    • Each kitchen has sets of utensils and cutlery (Plates, knives,forks, etc...)
    • Wardrobes are pine/oak plated. Doors and windows are pine wood.
    • Table, chairs are available.
    • Floor, bathroom and walls are ceramic.
    • Sets of towels and bed-clothes are available.
    • Beds are high-quality, and orthopedic.
    If desired we can serve breakfast for limited number guests. Car and bicycle for rent are provided.
