The username and password will be useful for you to modify your database entry in the future each time you wish. That's why it's very important that, once sent the form, you keep them in a secure place.
The inclusion in SAI counselors database is subordinated to some rules:
The submission of this form implies that part of your data will appear in SAI Counselors
All the data you introduce in the database must be true and enough. Any detected lie will give place to your immediate account deletion without any explanation
All the required form blanks have to be filled in order that the information is sent and entered correctly in the database.
The counselor will be able to access to his data in order to update, modify and even delete them, by using his username and password
The counselor will have the right to declare himself inactive or make all his data invisible to the public, in order not to receive consults while he can't reply them
The counselor is compromised to reply all the consults directed to his e-mail always that his data was accessible to the public in the moment when they were sent.
Sam's Advice Internacional has the right to delete from its database:
The counselors who haven't followed these rules
The counselors who don't reply to the consults received
The counselors who don't attend properly the people who consult them
